Our Pre- Completion Snagging surveys follow a checklist devised by the National House Quality Board (NHQB). See the Pre-Completion Inspection report below to see what’s included.
This is a flat fee of £399.00
Please note this is not the same inspection as a Post-Completion survey (see below for more info about the differences).

The Post-Completion snagging survey inspections are for when the purchaser has received their keys from the developer, we can then come and do a thorough in-depth snagging inspection, we can use thermal cameras and check the roof from the roof level.
We can use Thermal Cameras, spirit levellers and can check your roof from roof height using the latest technology.
We check to make sure your heating is working efficiently and check for any thermal bridging as finding these items will help save you money on your heating bills going forward.
